Es ist modern mit allem Wesentlichen eingerichtet, verfügt über eine gleicher-massen geschmackvolle wie funktional ausgestat-tete Küche.
Auf insgesamt 40qm gibt es ein topmodernes Bad mit Badewanne und Du-sche, eine schöne Küche mit einer Sitzecke, deren Tisch sich vergrößern lässt, einem gemütlichen und geräumigen Schlafsofa so-wie einem Doppelbett mit orthopädischen Matratzen, welches sich aufklappen lässt, um Sachen darunter zu verstauen.
Es gibt im ganzen Häus-chen einschliesslich Bad eine Fußbodenheizung.
Das Highlight ist die wunderschöne geräumige Terrasse mit ebensolcher Sitzgarnitur und einem süssen Gärtchen, in dem sich neben Rosmarin und Lavendel auch ein alter Olivenbaum und ein wun-dervoller Granatapfelbaum befindet.
The mini “Dolphinhouse” is small but mighty!
​A perfect place to unwind as a single or couple!! A car is not required.
It is modernly furnished with all the essentials and has a kitchen that is both tasteful and functional. On a total of 40 square meters there is a state-of-the-art bathroom with bath-tub and shower, a beautiful kit-chen with a seating area whose table can be enlarged, a com-fortable and spacious sofa bed and a double bed with ortho-pedic mattresses, which can be opened up to store things underneath.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house including the bathroom.

The highlight is the beautiful, spacious terrace with seating area and a sweet garden, in which, in addition to rosemary and lavender, there is also an old olive tree and a wonderful pomegranate tree.
Die Umgebung:
Das Dörfchen Kalyves befindet sich direkt am Meer mit schönen Sandstränden und traditionellen Cafes und Tavernen. 30 Meter vom Little Dolphinhouse entfernt gibt es ein süßes Cafe un-mittelbar an einem aus den Bergen kommenden Fluss, der in Kalyves ins Meer mündet.
Es gibt in fußläufiger Entfernung eine Menge reiz-ender kleiner Läden und Märkte, in denen man alles Nötige und Schöne bekommt.

Von dem entzückenden kleinen Hafen in Kalyves aus kann man schöne Bootsfahrten in die nähere Umgebung unter-nehmen.

Chania mit seiner romantischen venezianischen Altstadt ist 30 Autominuten entfernt. Von Kalyves fahren Busse dorthin. Die Ausgrabungsstätte "Aptera", die in minoischen Zeiten ein wichtiger und zentraler Ort war, liegt in 6 Km Entfernung.

The village of Kalyves is located directly on the sea with beautiful sandy beaches and traditional cafes and taverns.
30 meters from the Little Dolphinhouse there is a cute cafe right next to a river coming from the mountains that flows into the sea in Kalyves.
There are a lot of lovely little shops and markets within walking distance where you can get everything you need and want.

From the delightful little harbor in Kalyves you can take beautiful boat trips into the surrounding area.
Chania with its romantic Venetian old town is 30 minutes away by car. Buses go there from Kalyves. The “Aptera” archaeological site, which was an important and central place in Minoan times, is 6 km away.
